Resort Rating System
The following criteria are used as general guidelines when determining the ratings for individual units in resort properties.
PLATINUM
This designation is reserved for exceptional accommodations and unique, luxurious properties. This represents a very small portion of inventory. They are superior in every aspect.
GOLD
Reserved for units in which all furnishings and accessories represent current design trends, are in excellent condition, are well coordinated, and include top quality kitchens and baths.
SILVER
Units that are well maintained and in which most everything is up-to-date with minimal wear. The unit may have some of the features of a "Gold" rating. Furnishings reflect upgrades but not as consistently or the same premium quality as the Gold level. Updated and well-lit kitchens and baths with comfortable, inviting accommodations that reflect style and professional decorating.
BRONZE
Modest but inviting units or individual rooms that are less complete and consistent than higher-level ratings. Units are comfortable but have numerous areas of improvement needed. While some decorating theme may be apparent, furnishings are generally older and the appearance is dated.
